The present project foresees the transfer of an innovative model of social inclusion to a European level, piloted by Isfor Api in quality of leader in the field of the Equal PRO.R.E.S. initiative, approved and inserted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security inside the national catalogue of Italian ESF Best Practices. The model which is geared towards disadvantaged subjects who are, due to different reasons, on the fringes of the socio-labour world, wants to represent a significant answer being tangible and efficient aimed to curb the processes of social deprivation.
The model enhances the centrality of the person as active agent in the development and in the social life, from whom the effective capacity of an area in creating opportunities and welfare depends. The general objective of the project is to induce social policies which tendentially neglect the phenomenon of social poverty with mere measures of social security (payment of contributions, income support etc.) to assume a new prospective able to restore dignity in persons in a state of socio-labour marginalisation. The project intends to transfer an approach essentially based on empowerment and on the creation of profit and non-profit enterprises which is instrument of social inclusion.
The strengthen of the partnership is guaranteed through the already existent and consolidated synergy, through the certified and significant experience in the field of training, socio-labour inclusion, orientation and consultancy for the enterprises (Isfor Api, API Sarda, Cespim, Agenzia per la Formazione e il Lavoro) and of the involvement of an institutional body (Nuoro City Council) which is of crucial importance for the achievement of the objectives by virtue of the vast and significant knowledge of the model on the subject of transfer.
The expected results are data from the systemisation of the work model and of intervention in the phenomenon of the social exclusion in the various regional realities involved and of the actual opportunities of socio-labour integration and of social emancipation.
