Cre.n.di project final seminar aimed at discussion and exchange on empowerment on the basis of the experience that the partners gained in Romania e Slovenia. The speech on “The generative force of empowerment” by prof. Massimo Bruscaglioni, developed in Italy through self-empowerment, offered additional benefit to the seminar plus an opportunity for feedback and reflection.

Meeting between partners aimed at the analysis of the training progress of Romanian and Slovenian beneficiaries; share the hypothesis of work placements and analyse the beneficiaries’ Business Ideas. The meeting is further aimed at sharing in detail the modality of the report in accordance with the format sent by ISFOL. In addition, on the 5th November professionals carry out individual interviews with some beneficiaires in order to analyse in detail their Business Ideas upon which they are working.

In particular to present the objectives that the “model“ proposes: training and teamwork not only for the acquisition of skills but above all to gain awareness of one’s leading role in life and in the development of one’s own plan for work and life. “Business Creation” will be presented as one of the tools that could permit potential beneficiaries their own insertion into the world of employment.
