KADROVSKO IZOBRAZEVALNI INZENIRING Osrednjeslovenska-Slovenia
Kadis is the main provider of the programs for jobseekers in central Slovenia for the last 12 years, cooperates closely with Employment service of Slovenia. They offer a variety of employability training courses, up to 6 months in duration, they also developed courses for disadvantaged to prevent social exclusion. The team consists of guidance experts and practitioners with a background in psychology, social work, sociology, law etc. Besides the group guidance programmes the company also offers career guidance services to individuals, together with psychological and practical testing of skills and competences. Other services are mainly used by SMEs and include recruitment, HR development, training (tailor-made) in both hard and soft skills, payroll and legal counsel. They have expertise in career guidance, development of new tools (e.g. group programmes such as ICTEM, e-counselling platforms...) and its evaluation. They are experienced in EU projects, both as partners and coordinators.
